无烟煤滤料

   无烟煤滤料是一种水处理行业过滤用的滤料，采用山西优质无烟煤为原料，经精选、破碎和两次筛分而成，外观光泽好，呈球状，机械强度高，抗压性能好，化学性能稳定，不含有毒物质，耐磨损，在酸性、中性、碱性水中均不溶解，另外无烟煤颗粒表面粗糙，有良好的吸附能力，孔隙率大(>50%)，有较高的含污能力，因质轻，所需反冲洗强度较低，可节省大量反冲洗水量及电能。

无烟煤用途

  无烟煤滤料是目前普遍采用的过滤材料。矿源主来自山西晋城和阳城两大煤田。它用途广泛，适应范围大。可用于生活饮用水和工业生产用水以及各种池型的普通快滤池。双层及三层滤池，各种污水过滤器，净水机械过滤器及化工、冶金、热电、制药、造纸、印染、食品等的生产前后的水质处理。

无烟煤滤料的使用条件

  无烟煤滤料在过滤过程中所起作用的好坏，直接影响着滤过的水质，故对此滤料的选择必须达到以下几点要求： 

1、机械强度高，破碎率和磨损率之和不应大于3%（百分比按质量计）。    

  2、化学性质稳定，不含有毒物质。在一般酸性、碱性、中性水中均不溶解。出厂产品经中国水处理滤料监督检测中心测定：盐酸可溶率为0.68%（部颁标准为3.5）在各类水源中均可达到良好的净化效果。     

3、粒径级配合理，比表面积大。产品外观呈球状而有棱角，光泽度好，经机械振动三次筛分，级配符合有关技术指标。均匀系数（k60）不大于1.5（日本标准），不均匀系数（k80）在1.6-2.0之间，孔隙率大于50%。      4、粒径范围小于指定下限粒径按重量计不大于5%，大于指定上限粒径按重量计不大于5%。

无烟煤滤料的技术要求

1、无烟煤的破碎率和磨损率之和不应大于3%（百分率按质量计，下同）。

2、无烟煤的平均密度一般不小于1.4g/cm3,不大于1.6g/cm3。

3、无烟煤应不含可见泥土、页岩和外来碎屑。含泥量不应大于3%，密度大于1.8g/cm3的物质含量不应大于8%。4、无烟煤的盐酸可溶率不应大于3.5%。

注意事项

1、运输与装卸：无烟煤滤料在运输过程中，不得用铁钩拖拽，应防止与坚硬物质混装，不可强烈振动、磨擦、踩、砸，严禁抛掷，应轻装轻卸，以减少无烟煤滤料破碎，影响使用。

2、储存：应储存于阴凉干燥处，防止内外包装袋破裂，防止受潮和吸附空气中其它物质，影响使用效果。严禁与有毒有害气体或易挥发物质混放，存放要远离污染源。

填充注意事项和操作要求：

1、滤料在填充前必须将滤池(滤器)内部清扫干净。 
2、要均匀地铺设每层滤料，当达到标定厚度时，必须耙平滤料。
3、滤料长期运行，会有磨损。
如操作不当会有“跑料”发生。为此需定期检查滤料状况，如有亏料情况，需及时补充。如滤料运行时间过长，出水水质长期不清，或滤层发生乱层，则需更换或重新级配滤料。
